Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Kraftr is a product of Acasa Labs, a company registered in India. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “Kraftr,” it means Acasa Labs acting as the data controller for the Kraftr service. You can reach us at support@kraftr.studio.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data — name, email, organization, and authentication identifiers.
• Uploaded content — garment images, reference images, and any scene descriptions you provide to generate renders.
• Generated renders — images Kraftr produces in response to your inputs.
• Usage data — credit balance, generation history, device and browser metadata, and limited logs (IP, timestamps) needed for security and debugging.
• Billing data — collected and processed by our payment processors. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the Kraftr service and render your images.
• To enforce credit balances, prevent abuse, and secure accounts.
• To improve the product — aggregated, non-identifying analysis.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, renders ready, security alerts). Marketing emails are opt-in.

4. Training on your content

We do not train models on your uploaded images or your generated renders. Your content is used only to produce the renders you request and to power features you actively use (library, gallery, batch).

5. Sharing

We share data with a short list of trusted processors who help run the service — cloud hosting, image generation infrastructure, payments, analytics, and email delivery. Each is bound by contract to use your data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

Uploaded images and generated renders stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Billing and security logs are retained only as long as required by law or for legitimate security needs. On account deletion, we purge personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@kraftr.studio and we will respond within a working week.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Generated renders carry an invisible SynthID watermark for provenance.

9. International transfers

Kraftr operates from India. If you access the service from elsewhere, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different privacy laws. We apply appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Children

Kraftr is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

11. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will notify you by email or in-product. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
