Terms of Service

1. The service

Kraftr is an AI photoshoot studio operated by Acasa Labs. The service lets you upload garment or jewelry images, compose scenes, and generate rendered imagery for your own commercial or personal use, subject to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be 16 or older to use Kraftr.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One human per login. You may invite teammates to your organization through the built-in roles (Owner, Admin, Member).

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Kraftr a limited license to process your uploads solely to deliver the service — render images, store them in your library, power features you use, and keep them secure.

You must have the right to upload every image you submit. Do not upload content you don’t own or aren’t licensed to use. Do not upload images of identifiable real people without their consent.

4. Generated renders

Subject to payment in full, you own the renders Kraftr produces for you and may use them commercially — on your website, marketplaces, paid ads, print, and social. Each render carries an invisible SynthID watermark to preserve provenance; it does not affect appearance.

AI-generated imagery can contain unexpected artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing every render before publishing it.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use Kraftr to:

• Generate content depicting minors in a sexual or suggestive context, under any circumstances.
• Impersonate a specific real person, or create content that defames, harasses, or threatens others.
• Generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Produce deceptive or misleading content (fake endorsements, fake news, deepfakes of public figures).
• Reverse-engineer the service, resell API access, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Credits & billing

• Kraftr runs on a credit system. Prices and credit costs per resolution are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.
• Credits don’t expire. All purchases are final — unused credits are non-refundable.
• Batch renders run at a reduced credit cost with an SLA of ≤24h.

7. Availability

We work to keep Kraftr running, but the service is provided “as is.” Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseeable events may cause downtime.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acasa Labs and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your uploads and renders are deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 14 days before taking effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
